Services
Simple to reasonably complex. Always cost-conscious.
Wages, retirement, families, contractors, rentals, supported investment sales and tax-ready small businesses, from every background. Specialized, international, prior-year and amended returns need review. E-file only.

New to U.S. taxes—or building your life here?
We focus on temporary residents, business and other visa holders, green card holders, refugees, nonresidents, international students and naturalized citizens. All backgrounds are welcome.
Simple to reasonably complex returns, at very competitive rates. Immigration status alone does not select Form 1040 or 1040-NR. Residency changes, student forms, treaties and foreign reporting need scope review and may be outside our service.

- Who does what: we coordinate intake; accountants through Keystone finalize returns, with CPA or IRS-enrolled-agent review before filing. We are not a CPA firm or tax advisor.
- E-filing only: no paper or mailed returns, and no paper fallback if e-filing fails. You review and authorize through secure onboarding.
- Scope: simple to reasonably complex returns with complete records. Specialized issues need review first, which is not a commitment to accept.
- Why rates are competitive: online intake and shared professional services, without retail-office or full-time in-house staffing overhead. Live consultation is limited.
- Not offered: bookkeeping or payroll (referrals only, fees separate).
- Bank products: optional, subject to approval; quotes exclude their charges.
We coordinate intake, professional preparation, CPA or EA review and e-filing. No ongoing tax advisory, debt resolution, notice disputes or representation. Necessary tax-law determinations and routine clarifications for your agreed preparation remain included. Credentials and scope FAQs

S Corporations
Our business preparation package is for existing S corporations with organized year-end records and a clear ownership history—not restructurings, election advice or bookkeeping repairs.
- Form 1120-S preparation and shareholder K-1s
- Using completed payroll records
- Reviewing supplied basis and distribution records
Small Business Owners
Keep preparation focused by arriving with reconciled accounts and clear annual summaries. We handle existing businesses within an agreed tax-preparation scope, not rebuilding incomplete books.
- Schedule C preparation
- Reporting documented business income and expenses
- Using supplied equipment and mileage records
Gas Stations & Convenience Stores
We consider single-location retail returns when the bookkeeping, inventory and income summaries are already complete. This is return preparation, not retail accounting or operational consulting.
- Using reconciled sales and expense totals
- Inventory and cost-of-goods-sold records supplied by you
- Using completed payroll reports
Nonresident Returns (1040-NR)
A straightforward Form 1040-NR may fit our preparation service when nonresident tax status and required forms are clear. This is one return option within an inclusive service, not a nationality-based specialty.
- Confirming the applicable return type
- Reporting documented U.S. income
- Identifying the relevant state return
