1. Who operates this website
Tax Service NJ is the service brand operated by Indus Bridge Ventures Inc., a New Jersey-registered C corporation owned by Jaffer Hussain. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Indus Bridge Ventures Inc. The company is the website operator; identifying its owner does not make the owner a separate contracting party or imply a professional credential.
Our service is based in Monroe Township, New Jersey and operates online only. We do not maintain a public retail office, accept walk-ins or offer in-person appointments. Corporate registration is not IRS endorsement, a CPA-firm designation or a guarantee of any tax outcome.
2. Website terms and separate engagement
These terms govern use of taxservicenj.com, its calculators, educational content and preliminary intake. By using these services or submitting an intake, you agree to these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not submit an intake.
Submitting an intake, receiving an estimate or receiving a reference number does not establish an accepted tax-preparation engagement, confirm document receipt or authorize payment or filing. Actual preparation requires a separately accepted scope, engagement and any legally required disclosures or consents. A signed engagement controls professional services if it conflicts with these website terms; mandatory law and previously issued fixed-quote commitments remain unaffected.
Submit only if you are at least 18 and have legal capacity, or are an authorized adult representative acting for a taxpayer or business. Do not submit another person’s information without authority.
3. Preparation scope and professional review
We coordinate intake, tax-preparation services and electronic filing for simple to reasonably complex individual, family, contractor and eligible business returns. Acceptance depends on verified records, professional review, available forms and electronic-filing eligibility. A calculator result or review flag does not mean specialized work has been accepted.
Professional tax preparers complete the work, with CPA or IRS-enrolled-agent review before filing under our service policy. Intake staff and company ownership are not represented as holding those credentials. Applicable paid-preparer registration, signing and electronic-filing responsibilities still apply.
We do not provide bookkeeping, records cleanup, payroll, ongoing tax planning, stand-alone advisory consultations, audit defense, tax-debt resolution or notice-dispute representation. Referrals, when available, involve separate providers, engagements and fees.
4. Estimates, final fees and payment
Published prices and calculator totals are non-binding preparation-fee estimates, not tax due or refund estimates. They depend on the selected tax year, forms, states, counts and scope. Actual pricing may vary and is confirmed only once the return is finalized, before you separately accept the final fee, pay or authorize electronic filing.
We will discuss material scope changes before proceeding with additional work. Do not assume that an unlisted service, a related owner’s personal return, extra states or additional entities are included. Previously issued fixed quotes retain their original terms; these terms do not retroactively replace them.
The website does not collect payment, enroll you in a subscription, initiate recurring charges or authorize a bank deduction through intake. Payment arrangements and any cancellation or refund terms for an accepted engagement must be explained separately before you commit. No blanket non-refundable charge is created by these website terms.
5. Your information and responsibilities
Provide accurate, complete information to the best of your knowledge, use an email address or phone number you are authorized to provide, and tell the preparer about relevant changes. Estimates, screening and summaries rely on unverified answers. You remain responsible for reviewing your completed return and promptly identifying missing or incorrect information.
This website accepts categorical tax answers and designated service contact details only. Do not submit names, tax identification numbers, identity or immigration documents, exact financial amounts, bank details, signatures or uploads here. Identity verification and tax-document collection must use a separately approved secure process.
A saved intake is not a filing extension and does not stop a statutory deadline, interest or penalties. Do not assume work or filing has begun until the engagement and required steps have been confirmed. Retain your own records and monitor applicable deadlines.
6. Electronic filing only
We offer electronic filing only. We do not print, mail or arrange handwritten-signature paper filing. Available years, forms and agency acceptance must be verified. If a return is paper-only or an electronic rejection cannot be resolved within the agreed scope, another provider or filing process may be needed.
You must separately review the completed return, accept the finalized fee and provide the required electronic-filing authorization. An intake checkbox, AI summary or website estimate is not that authorization. Transmission does not guarantee agency acceptance; filing status must be confirmed through the applicable acknowledgment process.
7. Optional refund transfers and advances
Refund transfers and refund advances are optional bank products, subject to the participating bank’s availability, eligibility, underwriting, disclosures and separate terms. A refund transfer may allow approved fees to be paid from an eligible refund. A refund advance is a separate advance product, not an IRS-issued early refund or guaranteed funding.
Selecting interest in intake is not an application, approval, credit decision or authorization to deduct fees. Bank-product charges are excluded from website preparation estimates. Applicable amounts, charges and terms must be disclosed before you decide whether to apply or agree. We do not promise a particular advance amount, approval, refund amount or funding date.
8. Service communications and limited live support
Intake requires at least an email address or phone number and a matching preferred contact method: email, phone call, SMS or WhatsApp. With your intake permission, we may use those details to follow up about this request, not for marketing. The website does not automatically send client messages or reminders.
Your selected method does not schedule a call, promise on-demand access or guarantee channel availability or response time. Live Q&A and phone consultation capacity are limited. Routine clarifications needed to complete an agreed preparation scope are included without a separate consultation fee; broader advisory services are not offered.
Email, SMS and WhatsApp are not our approved tax-document collection channels. Do not send sensitive identifiers or documents through them. Your carrier or messaging provider may apply its own charges or terms. Contact us to update your details or preference.
9. Privacy, AI assistance and third parties
Our Privacy Notice explains the confidential storage of your intake and contact details, browser receipt storage and third-party processing. We use rules—not AI—to calculate estimates. With your explicit processing agreement, OpenAI receives categorical tax answers and required checks to draft internal administrative notes. Your contact details, contact preference, case references, pricing and tax documents are excluded from OpenAI input.
The complete saved intake, including contact details, estimate and any supported-year screening, and the AI-assisted draft are emailed through Gmail to info@taxservicenj.com for internal review. AI may be wrong or incomplete. A professional must independently verify its suggestions; AI does not prepare returns, calculate taxes, establish eligibility or authorize an election, bank product or filing.
You retain your rights in information you submit. Subject to applicable law and your disclosures or permissions, you allow us to process it only as needed for the described service. These website terms do not replace any legally required tax-information use or disclosure consent. Disclosure to overseas preparers requires the separately applicable consent and safeguards; intake does not authorize offshore disclosure.
10. Educational tools and no guarantees
Website content, FAQs and filing-status or residency screening are general educational information, not personalized tax, immigration, financial or legal advice. Screening is tax-year-specific, preliminary and based on your answers. Immigration status alone does not determine tax residency, and screening makes no residency or treaty election.
We do not guarantee a refund, a particular refund amount, a tax credit, a citizenship or immigration outcome, an advance approval or an agency processing time. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for issues outside an agreed preparation engagement.
11. Changes, cancellations and concerns
Email info@taxservicenj.com with your reference to request a correction, change of scope, cancellation or review of a service concern. Do not include tax documents or sensitive identifiers. A cancellation request is not confirmed until acknowledged, and it cannot retract a return already transmitted or accepted.
For paid preparation, any fee for authorized work already completed, cancellation charge or refund eligibility must be governed by the separately disclosed engagement and applicable law—not an assumed website policy. Nothing here limits a statutory cancellation, refund or consumer-protection right. If you believe something is incorrect, contact us promptly so it can be reviewed.
12. Acceptable use, content and availability
Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent information, upload malicious material, bypass security or rate limits, attempt to access another client’s records, or use the website unlawfully. We may restrict abusive or unauthorized use, subject to applicable law and any separate service obligations.
Website branding, original content and design belong to the company or their respective licensors. You may use them for personal evaluation of our services, but not imply affiliation, endorsement or ownership. Your tax records and submitted information do not become our intellectual property.
Website availability and third-party systems may be interrupted. The website is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation. An outage does not extend a tax deadline. Contact us if you cannot complete a required step.
13. Website limitations and protected rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this preliminary website or educational tools. For claims solely concerning website use, and not professional tax-preparation services, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $100 or fees you paid us during the preceding 12 months.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, and do not waive mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies. Professional preparation duties and any applicable liability terms belong in the separate engagement and remain subject to law.
14. Governing law and changes to these terms
New Jersey law governs these website terms, except where another jurisdiction’s mandatory law applies. Disputes may be brought in courts with lawful jurisdiction; nothing here requires arbitration, waives small-claims access or removes a consumer right to a legally available forum.
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Material changes will be identified on this page before we ask you to submit a new intake under them. Updates do not retroactively alter an existing accepted engagement or fixed-quote commitment. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
